See you Australia

I apologize that I could not renew our blog during EAP time. That's simply I couldn't find time to do it. Anyway, all of QUT students came back to Japan without any trouble. I strongly believe that QUT is the best place for EAP students because QUT has a special thing which is staying in homestay. On the last day in Australia, my host mother sent me to school by her car. After she dropped off me to school, she hugged me and said 'you are the best student I've never had before. You are more than welcome to coming back whenever you want.' Moreover, she cried for me while she hugging me. Host sun as well who is just 10 year old boy and playing soccer with me a lot. I couldn't help myself from crying. In QUT, obviously we can attain English skills. Furthermore, we can make new family there. I really reccomend new student to go to QUT!! I've never enjoyed my life like that. EAP was the best 3 weeks I've ever had in my life. Thanks for everyone.

Good day, Kanako is here.
Today, Heath Rose, our EAP teacher, came to visit us in Queensland University of Technology. Everyone was excited about this like 2days ago. It was nice to see him in Australia, not in the classroom.

In the 2nd period, we had a test. Results of the test is included to our EAP grades. So, everybody tried hard for it. Actually, it was so difficult for me, and now, i am worried about my cridets... lol

After we had the test and had lunch, we finally started making our presantations with Power Point. On friday, we are going to presant our own business plan. I think my group is doing well and our contents of business plan is intresting. I am looking forward to doing our presantation and also to listening others.

For us, 4days left in Aus. The time has gone so quickly, but i could experience many things after i came here. I want fulfilling-Aussie-life until i go back to Japan.

We had a wonderful weekend!!!!!

Hi!! This is Seigyoku.

We went to gold coast last weekend!
We borrowed three cottages in gold coast and we stayed there one night. The place we stayed was soooo beautiful!! On Saturday we went to the beach in surfer's paradise and played soccer there! The ocean was very blue and clear. After the beach we did BBQ in our cottages. We ate a lot!!
On Sunday we separated into 2 groups. One group went to dream world and the other went shopping! I think both group enjoyed very much. I felt a little bit sad that we had to leave gold coast...

Today we had three business classes. Tony(our business teacher) checked our project reports, and after that we started making the slides of the final presentation by the powerpoint.

Time really flies, we have only one week to stay in Australia. We will enjoy the last week!!!!!!!!!

Seigyoku Shi

Hi this is Mio.

WE have been learning business like we did in the Keieigaku nyumon class.
It's kind of heard work for me to understand those classes in English, but I guess we are doing great.
Today, we have 3 classes, and in one of them, we learned how to use words.
We learned how to make charts,how to quote, margins and so on. We can use these skills when we write report. In other 2 classes, we are gonna work on writing reports. We have to write 2000words about new business plan, we are doing about wotif.com we are considering to make offices in Osaka, and our target consumer is students who travel abroad and study abroad.
anyway, I am realy exited to go to Gold coast! To enjoy this weekend, I will study hard!!

We must enjoy our last event!!

This is Makoto Kumuachi. This is the day before to go to Gold Coast.From Friday to Sunday, 25 students are gonna stay over in Gold Coast. This could be our beggest tour in Australia. We all are looking forward to going there. However, this means that our EAP program's gonna finish soon... It's so sad.... Anyway, we must enjy Gold Coast. BBQ, Dream World, Shopping, Hotels. There are many things for us to enjoy. What's the point not to enjoy it!?
I'm gald to be here. Nothing is more exciting than EAP(Australia).
I did Skype with my friends who are in Canada(Victoria) as EAP. They are enjoying their trip as well. However, I storongly recommend Australia for EAP. It's so enjoyable, moreover, we can study English as well. In the homestay, we obviously have to speak English. There's no escapeable way from using English in EAP Australia.
Anyway, let me enjoy our last, biggest event!!

visited Wotif.com office

Hellooooooooo:) this is Kanako here!

Yesterday, I went to Wotif.com office. It was raining heavily, so that we squeezed in their kitchen first. Then, a manager David explained their business briefly. We asked some questions after that. In my group, we are going to present about Wotif.com, so I was busy with writing his answers. We walked through their work place later and it was really small. I don’t think there was enough room for every stuff. May be that is their way to cut cost.

Anyway, it was a great opportunity to visit an actual office and see people working! We need to remember it and use some importations on our business plan I think.. I hope my group is going to do the project well!!!!!!!

We will go to WOTif today!!

Today we learned how to write English essay in the first period.
And since we will go to WOTif company in the 3rd period, we did a lot of preparations for that. We have to submit the report by next Monday, so we have many homeworks to do. Maybe we cannot sleep tonight... We will do our best!!!
